How to clear Service Code like SC542 on Ricoh SP 100 Printer

It is very simple to clear or reset Service Codes on Ricoh SP 100 Printers. Make sure you have installed the program Smart Organizing Monitor on your PC. (If not installed, install it from the driver CD supplied with the printer. Now turn on the printer, connect it properly to the USB Port. Go to Smart Organizing Monitor.

You can see the status of your printer if it is connected to the PC properly.














Now click on 'about' button. And the following screen appears.

The tricky part comes now. Hold the 'Shift' and 'Ctrl' Keys simultaneously and keeping these pressed down, double click the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON. Here comes the maintenance window!

On this window, you can perform the necessary maintenance. After that click on 'apply', then on 'OK' then close the window, turn the printer off and again turn it On to apply the changes made.
