Among my regular customers, a gentleman have been hiring our LCD Projector since last year for some business opportunity presentation held at Aluva town every week. Sometimes I myself deliver these equipments at the meeting place.

I was hesitant to do this as I have to listen to him carefully for synchronizing the slide show along with his lecture. But soon after the first experiment, i found it interesting. He acted on my fingertips! If I do not change a slide, or if i change them quickly, he would loose the rhythm of speech. :) I enjoyed this game.

I have assisted him many times after this, and automatically the presentation became by heart! I started watching people who come for this meeting.

I was wondered to see new people coming small gathering every week. Some of them rode their bike last year were driving their own premium cars now! Even some autorikshaw drivers were making good earning! This made me think. For days I lost in thoughts, wasted papers calculating figures.. I started learning possibilities. I analyzed myself.. my strengths, my weakness, opportunities.. and threats I face if i jump in to this business..

Finally, I made a decision: Join RMP!

I joined a good team. They gave me motivation, training and of course helped me finding the right down lines.

And my dear friends, apart from what I get from my regular activities, I am getting a pretty good passive income from this business.

Thanks to etoro! I have been using the technical indicators they have provided on the trading platform to open and close my trades at a no loss position, making descent profits almost from every trade I do. I shall share some basic information which is compulsory for a beginner to be aware of the market. First of all we discuss some basic terms to analyse the market. They are:

1. Market Range:

Range is a market which has no trend in particular. It moves up and down in a price range. It does not climb up or fall down after a certain limit.

2. Support Level:

Sometimes the market falls down to a price level which is quite under the current market price. This is called a support level. When the market falls down to a support level, more people open trades and by doing this, they support the price from falling further. We can recognize support levels as places the market keep bouncing up from, not being able to fall any more. Sometimes the support levels are finally broken, this indicates a down fall is coming.

3. Resistance Level:

Sometimes the market climbs up to a price level which is above the current market price. When the market climbs up to this level, more people close trades, which results in a down fall. We can recognize resistance levels as places the market starts falling down from, not being able to climb up further. Sometimes the resistance levels are finally broken, this indicates a move up is coming.

4. Overbought Currency Pair :

When a currency pair is said to be overbought, it means its price in the market is fundamentally too high, and a correction to the downside should take place.

Many times when the price of the market is moving sharply up in a short period of time, it will be overbought.

5. Oversold Currency Pair :

When a currency pair is said to be oversold, it means its price in the market is fundamentally too low and a correction to the upside should take place.

To help you begin we would like to share with you a list of common mistakes that new traders tend to make and therefore you should try to avoid.
Remember, the key to becoming a successful trader is discipline and following a set of rules:

1. Accept that a part of trading is losing.
Every new trader must understand that even experts lose on trades. The number one rule when making money is to make sure your profits are much larger than your losses.

2. Money management and a trading plan.
Always enter a trade knowing how much you are willing to risk and how much you want to profit from the trade. This is called a risk/reward ratio. The difference between successful traders and unsuccessful ones is that the former always enters a trade with a plan and the latter doesn’t.

3. A man’s best friend- the Forex Market.
Many new traders are often hesitant to open trades due to the risk and uncertainty involved in trading. Those who overcome their fears often go on to yield enormous profits.

4. Personal responsibility.
Great traders accept personal responsibility for everything they do. Remember that you're the one who is pulling the trigger. Great traders know that they are responsible for all the trades they make, either good or bad.

5. Becoming greedy.
When traders have an open trade that is making them profit they often forget their pre-determined target for the trade, as they are sure that the trade will continue to make them profits. Remember that the markets are dynamic and trends don’t last forever. If the price reaches your target, bank the profits or move your stop-loss to prevent a loss.

6. Trading the News.
Despite what most people might think, most of the really big market moves occur around news event. Trading volume increases and the moves are normally significant allowing traders to grab quick and rapid movements. News-traders often make only one trade a day due to the large potential profits involved.

7. Never trade on wishful thinking.
If you place a trade and it's not working out for you, get out! Don't compound your mistake by staying in and hoping for a reversal.

8. Psychological Factor.
Emotions are the number one cause of losses. Don't let your emotions sway you, stick to your trading plan and remember to set your stop-loss.

9. "The Trend is Your Friend".
When trading in the direction of the trend you're results are almost guaranteed to improve.

By following these set of rules, you will see almost immediately see an improvement in your trades.
